Create a clean, modern, English-language news website focused on publishing updates, announcements, and progress reports about Saudi Arabian projects. The site should highlight major national developments, government-led initiatives, giga-projects, infrastructure expansions, and strategic economic programs.

Design Concept
– Professional, minimalistic, and easy to navigate
– Strong focus on headlines, images, and project summaries
– A homepage that features the latest updates in a simple news-feed layout
– Sections for major categories: “Giga Projects”, “Infrastructure”, “Economy”, “Energy”, “Technology”, and “Tourism”
– Article pages with clear typography and a clean reading layout
– A design inspired by modern international news websites
– English language only

Content Scope
The website ONLY publishes:
